Dr. Lea Hickerson and Ms. Maygen Swearengin bring K-12 expertise in all four core subject areas. Their 27+ years of combined experience includes classroom teaching, administration, curriculum coaching, and education consulting; throughout their careers, they have come to work with all achievement levels and aptitudes to help teachers and students find success.
They have come together with Education ARC to provide alignment, rigor, and curriculum geared at the classroom level to support teaching and learning for achievement and improvement with standards in mind and engagement at the forefront.
